Character introduction
Ino is a girl from the famous Yamanaka family and also the owner of a small flower shop in Konoha. She is the only daughter of Yamanaka Inoichi, the head of the Yamanaka clan. Ino is described as a beautiful, affectionate girl who is always worried about her teammates
After the war, Ino married Sai and had a son named Inojin - a boy like her, who had both Sai's unabashed frankness and Ino's emotional heart. The boy is mentioned as being able to use his father's disguise Super Beast, Medical ninjutsu, and his mother's Mind Transfer.

Ino and Choji came to the rescue of Shikamaru during the battle against Hidan and Kakuzu of the Akatsuki. At that time, Asuma-sensei was seriously injured. She tried to heal the wound but couldn't because the wound was too severe beyond her ability. Asuma asked Ino to watch over Shikamaru and Choji in his stead, and told her not to lose to Sakura in healing and affection techniques.

When she was a child, she gave Sakura a red ribbon and said that Sakura has no reason to hide her mallet forehead. From then on, Sakura and Ino became close friends.
